Manager – Corporate Banking Support
Job Description:
- Drive and manage Corporate Banking support operations efficiently
- Ensure smooth processing of syndicated and project lending activities
- Verify accuracy and completeness of security documentation and lending records
- Authorize high-value transactions while minimizing operational and fraud risks
- Maintain accurate lending and security information for regulatory reporting and compliance purposes
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation initiatives, and productivity enhancements
- Support cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives
- Provide leadership, guidance, and staff development within the team
- Manage performance, training, communication, and team coordination activities
- Lead and support special projects and cross-functional operational improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a Bank or Financial Institution
- Hands-on experience as a Relationship Officer or Credit Officer in Corporate or SME Banking
- Minimum 2 years of experience at Deputy Manager or Manager level
- Degree or full/part qualification in Banking or Finance (AIB, CIB, ACMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of credit processing and lending operations
- Understanding of corporate lending, offshore financing, mortgages, and security documentation
- Good knowledge of legal aspects related to banking and lending
- Excellent interpersonal and customer handling skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Ability to work within a centralized processing environment
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
